How much do you charge for software development and support?

It is true that no two customer projects are exactly alike, and Dignus treats each customer project as unique. However, our team has completed enough projects to identify commonalities, which can assist us in pricing your project. This allows us to provide an estimate, which is always competitive, and a great value. Contact us for additional information.

How does Dignus ensure that deadlines are met with customers?

We use the Dignus Roadmaps workshop to make certain that projects do not fall behind schedule. The workshop includes documentation that ensures we fully understand all software task deliverable, and thus we can guarantee what will be delivered and when.

Do you offer software/Application support and maintenance?

We provide a comprehensive service level agreement (SLA), which guarantees the level of support from the moment your solution goes live. This includes team knowledge retention, background system maintenance and general user software/Application support.

What is Dignus Help Desk?

When you or your employees need a question answered immediately or you’re experiencing an issue that we can fix remotely, Help Desk is at your beck and call. Dignus Services understands that when a problem occurs in your network, you need it resolved.

Do you work on the weekends?

Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. However if a particular activity requires out of hours work, we are happy to accommodate as long as reasonable notice is given.
